At Nikano Studio, we take pride in creating custom artwork tailored to each client’s specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.
Custom Artwork Approval

Every piece of artwork is created with the client’s approval at various stages of the design process. This ensures that the final product meets your expectations.
Non-Returnable Items

As each artwork is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Deposit and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to begin the artwork. This deposit is non-refundable once the design is finished.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork. Once the final payment is made, the artwork will be delivered to you.
Refunds

Since our artwork is custom-made and approved by the client, we do not offer refunds. The initial deposit and any subsequent payments are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
